This combination of Founders experience — factory owner, operations executive, and certified lead auditor — shapes the philosophy behind EAG.

Asim Bashir — Founder, Executive Assurance Group

EAG was founded by Asim Bashir — a manufacturing professional with over 25 years of direct, end-to-end experience inside Pakistan's export manufacturing sector.

Asim's career spans roles that are rarely combined in a single professional: factory owner, senior operations executive, and certified lead auditor. This combination is not incidental — it is the foundation of EAG's approach.

As Executive Director at one of Sialkot's established export manufacturing groups for over 16 years, Asim led operations, product development, compliance systems, and international buyer relations across multiple product categories. He subsequently founded and operated his own manufacturing and export business, managing every commercial and operational function — from product development and costing through to international client servicing and delivery.

This background means EAG evaluates factories not through a checklist, but through the combined lens of someone who has run production lines, managed P&L under pressure, navigated buyer expectations, and built compliance systems from the ground up.

Since 2021, Asim has worked as an independent Lead Auditor for international certification and audit partners, conducting technical capability, social compliance and traceability audits across major export manufacturing facilities in Punjab — including traceability and compliance assessments for major European retailers and Tier-1 global sportswear brands via accredited third-party audit programs.

EAG was established to bring this depth of experience to international buyers and audit partners who need more than a report — they need someone on the ground who understands what they are actually looking at.
